when have they been deleted? you can restore, for Coins, only characters deleted in the last 30 days and between lvl 75-80
From the website go into My Account > Services > Select Realm > Select a random Character > Set Currency:Coins > Character Restoration
now you should be able to see a list of your deleted characters
