Can't click anymore talents

Hi, I'm able to click on the first 3 talents on my Shadow Priest but in the second row where I want to get [Improved Shadow Word: Pain] [Shadow Focus]
I just can not click them. I tried saving up more than 1 talent point but that didn't work

here's a stupid question... have you got enough talents in your shadow tree to access those?

Yes I have 8 talents in the first row.

reloaded?
restarted client?
restarted computer?
logged on other characters?

if none of these work, I suggest you send in a ticket ingame and wait

did all of that

disable all your addons > reset talents at priest trainer npc

I only use one addon called Zygor guide
