I'm also having the same problem, but when choosing the amount it changes the window to a message stating:

Under that is a "Start an Inquiry" button (With an ID Number above it), and will it take me to a prompt asking for my Account Statement.
This has NEVER happened before and seemed EXTREMELY suspicious. This should be being looked into ASAP, as it seems deeper than what's at face value.
(This was using a VISA payment)
