you need to spend at least 5 coins on lords shop to get queue skip, simply being premium doesn't do it.
have done so, bought a mini pet for 5 coins
"Purchased item Proto-Drake Whelp for 5 coins 2 days ago"
in that case open a premium ticket and see what they say.
