Can't download the program

So my issue is that when I click "download" on the "https://www.warmane.com/download" page nothing happens. I was reading on the issue and some of the problems were cookies or not having BotTorrent (or another torrent program). However, I have BitTorrent and uTorrent and have just cleared my cookies - nothing is happening when I click "download." It's like I'm clicking just another part of the webpage that is blank.

Okay, I downloaded that file and now have it on my desktop, when I try to extract I get the message "The archive is corrupt."

Re-Download the file.
