Progression Server?

Hello, I just want to ask if Frostwolf is a progression server or not?

Same question here. I heard a lot of people say that this server is dedicated and not a progression one?

Define progression.
If you mean across expansions then no,
if you mean progression through tiers and content, well it kinda is but it all depends on the scripting done.
