Murmur raids Ulduar Fridays and Saturdays, with an optional Naxxramas raid Sunday if this is something that interests you.

if you're horde you basically have us (Collusion) who raid Wed/Thurs/Sun
and Raid Against The Machine who basically raid the same.
As for Alliance I have no idea.
