missing achievement points on my activity rank?

so, ive been farming achievements for my embassador rank on my 3 accounts but on all of them im missing around 75 to 125 points, as a test i finished X achievement that i havent done on any of my characters and the 10 points didnt appear on the activity rank after finishing it ( i was paying close attention to my rank while completing it and its been 30 minutes since i did it and nothing).

so... my question is, who should i contact in order to find a solution for my problem since now my 3 accounts should be on embassador rank or how should i proceed?

(note: im not counting achievement points across my account, 3 of my characters now have 3k achievement points on a single realm on a single expac on all my 3 accounts)

It just takes a while, try relogging.

actually i should have gotten my 2nd embassador rank 4 hours ago but i didnt

update: i just collected my points and now i have my 3 embassadors after doing it, now my issue is that i may have more points than i should have... need to check every character.
