I've failed a mission and now I'm stuck here

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

What skull said, but there is a chance of being in a different phase, rendering you unable to continue. Gilneas and Kezan are always like this.

I've resolved the issue by creating another character and not failing the mission
