[H] <Lethal> NA PvE Recruting for 25m
We're currently looking at all DPS applications. Also in need of another tank for 25m. It is a possibility that we can get you into some of 10 man raids for some of that loot, but that will only happen if the player is dedicated and proves it to us.
Lethal is a guild that just went through a reform you may know our previous guild name <Baddies>.
The reason for the reform was so that the guild could be under different leadership.
Lethal has a lot of the same members as Baddies and a most of the core is in Lethal now.
The leadership of Lethal has learned from the mistakes that Baddies made, our goals are the same we want to be raiding the highest content in 25m, but the way we get there will be different.
Our goals right now are to progress in 10m Ulduar and when we have the players we will do 25m Ulduar. Since 10m Ulduar drops significantly better gear than 10m Naxx relative to the previous tier we can focus a lot more on 10m since people actually get upgrades consistently.
We want to do 25m, we will do 25man, and when we have something close to 20 players that are ready for Ulduar 25 we can start raiding Ulduar 25. We will not be afraid though to change the raid night to a 10m if we see that not enough players are showing up.
One of the main focuses we have for the 10m raid is to help us gear up for the 25m content. Because not everyone can get into a naxx 25 groups these days, nor is everyone fully geared in naxx 25 gear.
We provide the opportunity for those lesser geared players to get some pieces in our 10m raids.
We will have players that need gear come into our 10m raids if the boss is easy and our core 10 does not need the gear.
