Character Creation

I cant make a new character , anybody knows how long this issue will be ? any e.t.a ?

Thatš not an issue, its intended.
Atleast till all characters including low lvl ones are transfered from Ragnaros and Deathwing to Icecrown, so there would be no namestealing.
