Just in line with this thread, I'd like to as if Is it possible to customize the rates on a per character basis through a command?
This is something that is often available at higher rate servers.

At that time the rates were 7x xp and 5x proffesions/rep etc, on October 01 2016 the rates were reduced to 5x xp and 3x proffesions.
Next time watch the date time of a thread :P
This is the only topic I found regarding realm rates (this information should be shown as a realm description in homepage or something...)
Edit: Exp rates are still 7x btw, not 5x...
