If I remember correctly, ToT normal gear was released in store shortly after first bosses were live. Is there an information when will SoO normal gear be available for sale?
I don't think it is up on marketplace. My brother and I had to join SoO runs so this is something you will have to do if you want the gear. It's not easy.
