Characters not recognized as your own after the merge.

Hi everyone,

After the merge I cannot send Tome of Cold Weather Flyight or I believe any other artifact to my other toons that I am leveling up.

"Artifacts can only be mailed to your own characters"

Any ideas? Thx in advance
