Same here, activity rank "agent" and you do not have any points to collect

If you've ever been banned you will lose your Rank :)
still Ambassador/Legate on my 2 active accounts, no recent change
They are probably playing on icecrown, and their achievements bugged out on website after character merge or something..Quote:
