Arena doesn't give CP all the time you win

Sometimes I've realized that when I win an arena, I don't get the respective CPs, ie 0 CPs.
I've realized that this happens when some of the members of the opposite team leaves the arena before it's killed, because his partner is already dead. But the weird thing is that it doesn't happen all the time, because sometimes, I receive my CPs when the member leaves.

So my question is: What's going on here? Why sometimes I don't receive my CPs when a member leaves? Is it a bug or it's on purpose?
If this is on purpose, it's exploitable, since it has happened a few times now, with different chars.

P.S. Once I didn't even receive my CPs even when my team killed both members of the opposite team.

it happens when both enemies leave.

so you kills one of them, he leaves and then it leaves even the "alive" partner. = 0 CP for you

If it's so, it's a bug or it's on purpose? Because, as I've said before, it's exploitable.

It is a bug. Even if the Enemies leave before you can hit them it should give you cp. Becouse the match has started with two teams.

Since it seems a bug, has it been posted in the bugtracker? I ask before I post it myself (I don't want a "Duplicated" label with no link whatsoever to the 'non-duplcated'/'original' one).
