Problem with mailbox and item for voting.

Hello dear Forumers.

I have such a problem. I send Item for points and didnt get it from mail. It was a period when characters were transfering to "Icecrown" and i was at work, cant log in and get item. And now in this server mail is empty, no points, no item. But in Marketplace history there is a messege that item was send. Ticket in game didnt helped. Mounth of voting is gone. Its much pitty (

Im old player, play here nearly 2 years, i don believe that i have hopeless situation!
