Massive ticket queue + no staff recruitment + GM's answers are random BS = WTF
Yeah.
It kinda bugs me to see this but when i needed help, the ticket queue was easily around 48 hours and still is ..
I asked a Moderator, they don't recruit staff for GM (ticket etc.).
Bugtracker is filled with chain KEY quests that are just broken.
If you ever ask a GM to fix your quest since you can see these are broken for weeks if not months, they won't help.
They just send you some stupid copy-paste "go vote on the bugtracker" type of answer by mail (yeah it helps a lot to do it since you can see some quests are just left there for 11 months or more if it's not last levels of WOTLK content).
Seriously what the F is going on here ?
If you're behind any reasonable schedule for fixing stuff, you don't manually do it and you don't provide support for it .. and on top on that you don't recruit staff to answer the massive amount of ticket you have to handle on a hourly basis .. what is wrong with you ?
