Ninja Loot's and crafting item's.

I got my mats ninja'd while trying to craft titansteel bar's (bought cooldown) and it seem's there is nothing the GM's did about it (cause they cant?).. Now I won a roll in VoA 25, got ninja'd once again and GM's can't do nothing to get my item back? How can this be? I mean I can't trust anyone in game player's or staff(?), should probably just stop raiding / trading crafting item's to player's.. Time to quit then? Really frustrating.

Oh and yea, have screenshot's of both situation's.

You won't get any items back but those players can get banned if your proofs are good enough. In case of crafting a video would work best to show that he took the items and did not try to do what he was supposed to. In case of ninja looting in raids you need more proofs than just screenshots of rolls and loot given. You can find more information here.
