there is any difference? and what's the rates of the servers?

Lordaeron is x1 for everything, Raid Bosses do higher damage (on purpose) and it has some custom restriction: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=301200 because of his "hardcore" nature
Icecrown: x7 (x5 reputation, gold, professions) and it does NOT have any custom restriction as far as I know
