I have no idea why have i been banned

Last time i''ve logged on was during Friday and i was away for the weekend and when i came back, earlier this Sunday, i was not able to log in and when i've checked the servers site it told me that my 'account has been terminated'. I have no idea why. The only thing that comes to mind is UP farming on normal, killing the skeletons on the start of the instance which i did about 1.5 months ago and which i've checked with a GM if it was considerd an exploint to which he had said no. (I have a ScreenShot of it). I would be grateful if anyone could tell when what is going on because i am out of my mind.

Thank you for your reply, but nowhere it is stated why have i been banned, it just says ''Your account has been terminated due to Exploiting''

I honetly have no idea what the heck is going on.

Whenever i try to write a ticket on https://www.warmane.com/account/support it keeps telling me that i can not post it because ''there are some illegal characters in the text'' even tho i have changed the text couple of times with out any words being underlined or using any curse words it still can not be posted.
