can't play on my main

so i have this problem where i log in my main and then i get an instant dc and if i log in i can last about 10 seconds and then latency goes up high to 10-20k my internet speed is 100megabites and the weird thing is i can log on my other characters normally and i have like 20-30 latency plus i dont get any dc's at all i have been told to delete my cache and WTF folders but nope nothing works i even tried switching pcs and the same thing happens as well and when i contacted a GM he told me he is unable to configure the issue,can someone tell me what to do? i couldn't play for a full 1 minute throughout the entire week
