The RP-GG in Wintergrasp

Is the RP-GG working as intended in Wintergrasp? Because during retail wotlk, I remember those being a lot harder to hit than here. On retail you couldn't use them from towers/balconies/cliffs or you would miss and facing wrong direction would make them miss as well. Here on the other hand, RP-GGs seem to always land on target, regardless of elevation or facing or anything.

It feels like the RP-GG is a unit-target ability here, while on retail it wasn't.

This might also be why attacking is a lot harder than defending.

Thoughts? Is it different than on retail?

Probably. I remember reading wowhead comments stating that "you have to face the vehicle and be on the same level". Seems like it was hard to use.
