Hello there ladies and gents!
My friend and I wanted to create characters on this realm, to group up since lvl 1, and to keep being grouped until lvl 80. Are we going to have trouble with leveling, since we're going to share all the exp? What do you guys think?

It's very smooth up until Northrend content if you ask me. Me and a friend leveled exclusively together from 0-68 but decided to go our own ways after that. The reason was that when you reach northrend most quests are actually loot-/ pick some 5-min respawn item from the ground type of quest.
If you can handle waiting double the time for every quest item you need to spawn, (not including other ppl in area) then you can easily do 1-80 as a group, but it does get pretty frustrating at times.
As for losing out on exp from mob kills (50% afaik) you can easily make up for it by doing aoe pulls at crowded areas, depending on what classes you'll play of course.
Also you'll probably have alot of fun if you enjoy world-pvp. Being grouped in leveling areas is a huge advantage and you'll likely conqueror whatever zone you quest in, if no high lvls interfere of course.

Yeah its doable, and yes it's smoothly doable as well.
I leveled 4 characters in a group at the same time all the way from 1 to 10 and then 40 to 80. (Boosted them from 10 to 40 on my main in dungeons)
My tactics was, follow zygors leveling guide (You can use search of warmane forums to find a link to download it for free, if you want to) and grind mobs while waiting for respawns (mob respawns/pick up item respawns)
Some quests where the quest item had 5min respawn timer were a bit of a pain, waiting 15minutes to get the item on all characters sucked, but as long as there was any mobs nearby, it didn't feel like a waste of time.
