Trinkets

Quick question:
Removal of DV/DC HC and Solace HC; why is it for the better not being able to purchase them later in the game with arena points?

Can we also remove sp proc trinkets, DFO and Phylactery, it's the reason LSP facerolls in 3s/sq.

its really weird why they remove/limit starter trinkets, but allow the really OP ICC trinkets in the game. yea it takes time to farm, but it looks like sucky balancing. limit starter players and make the gap between rele-wrathful even bigger.
