Could we get back the pvp titles and have the honour rates increased to x7 on Icecrown? The PvP titles would help increase the PvP activity and the honour rates should bee x7 on Icecrown. Ever since the core update the rates have been x1 and was stated in a ticket that they would been fixed after the merge and things were situated.

What? 7x honor? Now we get 128 honor for 1v1 kill, then it would be 896 honor.. for 1 kill, that would be 1-2 days to get all best what one can get for honor... ridiculous. No, thanks.
x7 is to high I may agree but it should be bit higher than x1 ( Don't play 80s mostly a twinker) I get 5-8 honour per kill on 70 when it should be much higher hence this a medium/high rates server I think it should be a bit higher. I'm actually more interested in the PvP titles I rather have those reimplemented than having honour increases tbh. But it's Warmane's decision from here.
It really takes too long to farm honor. Especially since leveling is so easy on this server. I really can't be bothered to farm 700k honor or whatever per char with the current rate.
"can't be bothered to" is not a valid reason to suggest change.

After looking this with a different perspective I see that honour rates probably could stay the same since PvP is slighty more active, but I think the PvP titles should be brought back, yes custom content but there's a good reason: it encourages PvP and population. + it was already implemented before the core update so if it was added them I don't see why not should be added now.
128 per kill? At lower levels you get 5-8, possibly over 10 if you kill someone 6-8 levels above you. I was interested in decking out a 60 warrior in PVP gear but it's disheartening when you realize you need more than 15,000 HKs to get said gear. That's months, if not YEARS of PVPing in HFP. It feels like the honor rates are adjusted for cata/MoP and not the 75,000 honor cap WotLK had.Quote:

What's the harm in making PVP enjoyable before level 80? It doesn't affect the endgame content. Things were just fine before the merge. Getting PVP gear at 60/70 or lower levels was difficult, but doable. BGs were rare so you were limited to world PVP - slow, but again, very doable. With the new system it's nothing short of impossible. With an average (assuming you kill high levels every now and then) gain of 7 honor per kill it would take you 3571 kills just to get a 2H pvp weapon for 25000 honor at 60. Another 3571 for a second weapon as fury, and then 15/15/15/9/9/9 for the main set, not including a trinket.Quote:

I do agree that they need to be increased. It takes over a few thousand kills at 19 to just get the PvP trinket and some BiS items and being a high/medium rate server it would only be fair.
