Is there any way of directly contacting a Warmane Game Master or Official?

Hi all, I have a problem in WoW that literally no one else on the internet has and I need help from the Warmane official to resolve it.

I am trying to log in to the game but it gets stuck on "Success!" every single damn time.

I redownloaded the client from the warmane site which fixed the bug but now its doing it all over again.

Can someone tell me if theres a way of contacting a GM or alternatively give me some tips as to how i can resolve this?

P.S: I know there is a "Contact a GM" section but it just brings me to a closed group containing what I assume to be the GMs for Warmane. What do i do from there?

Click on one and PM them.

However your issue doesn't appear to be server related. It's a networking issue your side, make sure your firewall isnt preventing issues, your DNS has been flushed and refreshed and that your ports on your router have been opened to allow the connection to pass through.

Basically being stuck on Success means you have been authenticated past the login server but cannot get onto the realm serves themselves (these are two different things). I would suggest using googleDNS to see if that resolves any issues before going through your firewall/router based stuff.

I am dead as ghost and im outside map. What i can do for resurance? I can't use "character stuck" in help option. When i want to use heartstone i can't, because "I am dead" and I can't teleport to graveyard becouse "I am moving".

if it is Mist of pandaria and you are "stuck underground" then you need to open a ticket in-game and wait for a GM.
If you are not stuck underground you can use unstuck from website:
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
