Deliverance from the Pit BUGGED HELP

The Problem:I got the Quest Deliverance from the Pit And i kill the last POS boss like 15 times today .. i tryed on HC but the problem is the same i do the Quest but cant return it so i can go in HOR and finish my Quest for Batered Hilt.. this is the 3 day it is not working and many other people have the same problem

i got the same issue man. Jaina wont show up after the fight with last boss is over. The drake attack event doesnt happen either

Same problem. NPC that finishes the quest doesn't appear after bosses death.

Same problem! did POS 5 times today and jaina never shows up
