Checked in bug- tracker , didn't find any info.
So @lvl 80, Scourge Strike (max rank 4) says it deals 84% weapon damage + blah blah. The Tier 10 gear - 2pc bonus gives 10% increased damage on SS and Obliterate. With 2pc T10 gear equipped, my SS should now be like - it deals "92.4%" weapon damage. But it only shows 91% weapon damage. It seems Obliterate is getting the correct 10% bonus, haven't checked HS. Are others also having this issue or is it just me.
In general, bonuses/talents/glyphs that affect the same thing should be additive. This means that they are added together, and after that multiplied onto the ability.
In this case, the base damage of Scourge Strike is 70%, the talent Outbreak increases the damage by 20%, and the 2pt10 by another 10%
So, 70%*(1+20%+10%)=91%
For Heart Strike it works the same way, base damage is 50%, talent Bloody Strikes increases the damage by 45% and the 2pt10 by another 7%
50%*(1+45%+7%)= 76%
There used to be a report as to the Glyph of Obliterate being multiplicative with the set bonus before, afaik (together with the glyph and 2p the damage should be 108%).
