Escape From Ragnaros
Dear Warmane,
For reasons unclear, one of my characters from this account, and several others across other accounts which I am responsible for, were not transferred when
I attempted to do so last month. I would like to ask if and how said transfers might be accomplished presently.
Since the main reason why I would like to restore these characters is to retrieve the heirlooms which they carry, should the transfer of my characters be deemed impossible, I would gladly accept these heirlooms in its stead. Needless to say, the purchase of said heirlooms can easily be verified by viewing my account history.
Please advise me on this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
