PvP Destro Hit cap issue.

Hit cap for warlock pvp is 4% + 2 % due to some racials.
My character is over 6% but sometimes i am still missing spells. The most funny thing is that those spells miss only one class.
It will be a surprise but it's not Blood Elf( racial -2% spells hit cap) but it's a Human.
Here comes my questions.
It is Affi tier talents issue?
Or perhaps its a bug that Humans have secret bugged racial to make them more powerful?

Same problem on lordearon, im hit capped but missing some spells ocasionally. On blackrock have the same amount of hit and i dont remember when did i have a miss last time.

Can not find any reports in a bugs tracker. It would be great if some1 would like to confirm our theory or similar version.

We can still miss those pesky paladins and rogues... Maybe even other classes with talents like these, I'm not sure.

I'm still missing with 10% hit rating!

You can´t cap talents

I usually play with 6% - 7% hit. And I only miss on one class - Paladins. So i tried 9% hit and still the same.
Also one more thing... I play with 135 spell pen, and sometimes Paladins also resist some spells. This happens rarely.

So, I'm not saying it's bug or anything due to the fact I'v never played a Paladin in my life, so I'm interested on what racials+talents can resist 135 spell pen and how can i miss with 9% hit ?

CUZ RET PALADIN HAVE TALENT Divine Purpose WHICH U CANT AVOID WITH HIT RATING

and about resists - im pretty sure that only holypaladin can do that (aura mastery)

Aura mastery? (increases effect of auras by 100% for a few seconds -> 270 resist). Defense ratting grants chance to be missed, any chance those ppl had some tank gear on?

No, most of them were BiS PvP Ret.

Again, you can have 20% hit and you WILL miss against talents (rogue,ret,prot warr afaik) all the same. You can´t cap talents that reduce chance to be hit.
As for pene, 135 is fine for paladins, but you can resist when he has sacred cleansing on.

I think that there is a problem with a hit cap. Today I have missed a Human Warrior Arms. I am uanble to find it out who it was but for sure arms don't have Improved Spell Reflection talent. The most popular race for PvP is Human but it keeps me in a doubt why I always miss Humans...

Priest with 130 shadow resistance resisted my spell, ofc Human. Dunno if I am retarted or something is going on.
