Best horde pvp/pve race?

I have been thinking about making a hordy and was wondering what's the best horde pve race/pvp race? On the alliance I know it's pretty much humans for pvp, and pve debatable... But can someone share their insight on the horde?

Trying to decide between a hunter, druid or shammy... What's the best race for either of those? (PvE/PvP wise)

For PvE I would say Troll racial is overall the best. For PvP Orc, on-use boost and stun reduction is really good.
