Heirlooms in WOTLK ? Where to get?

Hi guys I'm quite new here I have never played WOTLK, only Mists and WOD, where can I get heirlooms here? And are they purchaseable with gold?

Lordaeron no. For icecrown, I remember there are two npc. One at dalaran purchasable with emblem of heroism while another one at argent tournament purchasable with champion seals but it take around a month to unlock her.
