With my hunter I farmed it from the manifestion of pride in the vale of eternal blossom, but now they are bugged and crashing your game.
With my Warlock I was very lucky. Was invited for Rdf Hc group and we got Msp. First mob dropped the plans and I got it :)

from Wowhead, so it was just incredible luck
Manifestion of Pride causes crash everytime I am willing to kill.
Is there another place to farm this recipe? :D
