How to get Heirlooms? [ Icecrown ]

Just wondering the best way to get them, if they arent availible whats the best leveling guide on here?

Emblems of heroism or champion's seals (to get to the 2nd option you'll need a month tho)

What is the second option? is there a vendor?

You can also get heirlooms through the guild vendor.. (they work up until lvl 85 instead of 80 ;^))

that would be correct, if icecrown was a cata realm, but it's wotlk so yanno.
