Is it possible? Need help.

Hello!

I cannot find the answer to my question anywhere, so I decided to ask it here. Situation relates to Lordaeron.

Situation: I have sent 2k+ gold by mail to my friend. He was unable to login to his character and pick up my letter. It has been a long time and this letter was lost. It did not return to my character because I deleted it after the letter was sent.

Question: Is it possible to restore this letter with the gold it contained?

I understand that it is only our fault, but this gold was honestly earned and I do not want to lose it.

I can provide the names of the characters and account’s logins. My friend can login to his character to pick up the letter if it can be restored.

Mate... i think even with evidences you are still ****ed up :-(

It would be great to get an answer from someone from the Administration.

If 30 days passed since you've send letter with gold to your friend mail is gone forever., but no matter what happened and with evidence nobody can help you with this, GM's dont restore golds or items back to players.

Sad news :(

But is there some link to the official resource saying that it is impossible?

Every time they do a restart/reboot of the server, all mail is gone... I've lost LOTS of gold earned from the AH because of this :/ it's frustrating, but there is nothing we can do :p (and. no.. they can't help.. they don't keep logs of mail).
