Max-Lvl

This has probably been asked a billion times, but i searched the forums and couldn't find it. : Icecrown : When I donate it says ill achieve max level. Is there something I have to do to get this perk?I donated and I am still the same lvl, do i create a new char?

I figured it out, apparently it's 20 coins and under services. Maybe different wording may be appropriate for this perk under your donations guide.
