You won't be able to get certain stuff, since RDF is disabled. And a specific queue for Lord Ahune appears during Midsummer Festival in RDF granting a rewards bag once a day for completion.
When the Midsummer Fire Festival on Lordaeron will be ?

The Midsummer event is scheduled to start on 23rd of June and end on the 7th of July.
