Technical devs do something about it please!

Since Monday 13th I am being kicked out of the server every 15-20 Minutes

It's not DCing its getting kicked: My character vanish from the server (both Lordaeron and Icecrown), thera aren't those 20 secs idle b4 logging out, its a legit kick form the server as I return with the same exact amount of life I was while fighting mobs, and I know precisely this happens (plenty Kicks non stop for 6 days in a row)

I have request help ingame by tickets, here in the forums, spamming in global chat for community aid, even sending mail to warmane

NONE
NOTHING

No help, no follow up

AS A DONOR, I am expecting at least some support from the staff

I have tested in other servers (non warmane ones); 2 hours NOT A SINGLE kick/dc

And its is not an internet problem, I have tried in 3 different places/connections that I have played before (friend houses and stuff) and the kicks remain.
I have tried on other laptop and it persists.

The problems is with my account, tried: changed the password twice, have added authenticator, have deleted WTF and Cache folders, have tried different windows compatibility modes in wow.exe file, have disable addons.. No luck at all

Something is kicking me out of the server and I want to know why, and how to stop it.

Please any good soul willing to help I am open to try anything.

i thought i was the only one having this DC issue, last weekend eveything was OK, the problem started this week. Any staff answer?

if your using the wod models get rid of them. they're crap and cause more issues than they're worth.

I get DC'ed very often too. I've made numerous posts with 0 replies on each. Now with this accursed Queue I don't even stand a chance to log into Icecrown because I log in, hit a 2000 queue, and after 20 minutes of waiting and occasionally just alt-tabbing to make sure I don't get booted for being idle, I get disconnected and I fall into a substantially bigger queue every time. Yesterday I logged in after work, waiting half an hour in a 1750 queue and got DC'ed into a 2300 queue. I then tried again, and after another half an hour of sluggishly pacing through the queue, I got DC'ed into a 2600 queue.

The point is these DC's are really abrupt and it utterly destroys the gaming experience. Even a modicum of an indication on what might be the problem would've been appreciated, but alas; 0 replies/help will be 0 replies/help.

i have noticed that this DC issue exactly every 15 min only happens on Icecrown and Lordaeron, on Blackrock i dont get any DC.

PD: i dont use any mop model, everything was working ok till last weekend that's why i assume warmane did an update only on Lordaeron and Icecrown that is causing all those weird DC.

yea it all begun1 week ago, i didnt have this probléme before either and i wanna say that this need a quick fix please , its so fkin anoying when you find yourself disconected when you have gone out of your room for 5min just to go to the toilet or something and then to find yourself in queue for 3 hours or 4 .........................

so no one cares to help ......

Confirmed.
This DC problem only occurs on Lordaeron & Icecrown, on Blackrock 0 DC.

If you have any client modifications that tamper with the files or anything inside the game, please remove them and the issue should go away.

Re-downloading the client might also help.

i dont think that's what is causing the problem because i was playing normally 1 week ago before the update and i only have some addons,also i didnt do any modifications to my client this week .,my friends have the exast same probléme as well .
to make things more simple its like being kicked out of the server every 15-20 min ,its not interface issues or something like this

This week? Client modifications are custom added things to change the way the client works, not addons, just keep that in mind.

well if you put it that way than i didnt do any client modifications at all, and as i told you before i was playing normally without any problémes 1 week ago

We are looking into this either way, we'll gather some data and we can see what causes it.
