Account has been terminated due to Advertising?

I don't know where to post this so i'll do it here. So today i logged on frostwolf and a message about my account being banned kept popping up, at first i though its an error so after several tries i went on the main site to logon and it worked but this message was there "Your account has been terminated due to Advertising" and besides playing a few bg's every few days i did not do anything else. The only proof for this is my account history has always been from my country (Romania) and this is what i saw when i logged on "Last seen: 1 day ago from China" you can see this in my acc history i believe. Please help me i have not advertised anything ever on this site or ingame if any GM/MOD can help me recover or unban my account it was wrongly banned since it was not me.... and i don't know how this happened or how even my account got used to advertise yesterday.

Well apparently it does not work to create a ticked no matter what i change or erase words in my description it keeps getting spammed with "Your ticket information contains illegal characters, try again." and i have no idea what they mean about this... removed every . or , or ' anything in it and it still doesn't work. Can a staff member help me with this? or anyone

do not use any symbol on the title, just letters
