Quick question on holy healing

Hi all, haven't played since Molten about 4-5 years ago where I had a holy/ret pally (Fkinskank was the name in case anyone remembers!). Anyway one of the judgments for holy pally spec gave you mana on hit so if you auto'd the mobs while healing you had basically infinite mana.

That still exists for WotLK on Warmane right?

Seal of Wisdom would be better for this, but yes, it still exists.
