Cant cast some spells

So after the update from this morning My paladin cant cast judgement, crusader strike and hammer of the righteous, it keeps saying its not ready yet,

I tried, relogging, dying, unstuck, changing spec, reset spec, clear cache, nothing works

Anyone had similar problem?
