Idk if it's just me, but there are no siege tanks there to use for the quest... Is it bugged? Should i just abandon that quest and go do other stuff?

l have siege tanks but mine is bugged at rescuing injured soldiers when l target them and click Rescue injured soldier says spell is not ready yep and nothing happens.....
Like Kanalas, i can't rescue any injured soldier. Please solve that fast ;)
