Realm Rates

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, an old topic, or the info is readily available but what is the xp rate for this realm? I know icecrown is 7x xp but I was looking for something similar on the Cata servers.

Any infor is appreciated and if I could find this for myself, please point me in the right direction.
