Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent payments

Hi there,

My friend donated on my behalf, so that i can skip Q and play with our other friends.

Then I went on the Warmane website to check what I can do with the coins.

I then saw this message "Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent payments".

I dont really know what the procedure is from here, because my friend didnt make any fraudulant payments. He used the same card that he used when he donated for his own account. (That didnt get banned).

I made a ticket on the Warmane page.

Any advice?

I don't think you will get it back. sorry..

Fraudulent payments the meaning is on it,it was fake paying

Your friend donated and then went to bank and refunded payment

It's an automated system you can get it looked into.

Paymentwall risk assessment failed against payment:
w91964571

The money has been returned to the cardholder.

As the payment has been flagged as suspicious / fraud, we are only able to remove the payment from your account and subsequently the coins (remove items if you don't have enough coins to be removed) then your account can be unbanned.

Please confirm whether you want this to happen or not.
