Warmane account stats.

Hello there due to the bad system of payment wall and their bad customer services i had fraud ban! because i wanted to donate 100 euro and none could help me all they say was change your visa and i did 3 times and when it worked from a friend they banned me but you guys gave my account back but unfortunately you guys gave it back for me with a bad bad bad stats! not like what it was before i mean account stats and activity: normal and AGENT????? i log in every day and i did nothing wrong expect what they thought that i hacked the visa which i didnt .... i was getting 8 - 9 vote points now i get 5 for real?? why is that! i did nothing wrong how can you guys fix this?
