Character not found

Hello, i logged in my Cataclysm Neltharion account today and i didn't find my 2 characters (A lvl 85 Human Dark knight named "Zbi" and a lvl 55 Night Elf Hunter named "Chihwya")
is there any way to recover my characters? i just spent the last week tryin to get them up to level and i'm really upset to not find.
I hope someone will take care of my issue, Thanks for reading me.

You deleted the characters. Zbi is pending restoration & characters under level 70 are deleted permanently upon deletion.

Character restoration can be found within the My Account --> Services section of the website.

Note, characters are only stored for 30d within the restoration tool.
