Question about dismissed reports

Hi,
Why are all these reports with Dismissed status?

http://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/25652 - Jaina is FIXED so why is Dismissed? :P She was bugged after first update

http://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/25828 - Loken is bugged underground, so why is this bug dissmised?

http://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/5498 - there are two options how to complete quest - one option is bugged, second option si loot from object - we don't know what is resspawn time or if object work after update, but 50% (or 100%) from this quest is bugged so why dismissed?

http://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/25681 - mix of Wotlk version of NPCs and Cataclysm version - dungeon is bugged so why is dismissed?
