Minor Server Connection Issues

Hey guys, quick question (I sincerely apologize if this question has been asked before, I just don't have the time to go through all of the topics at the given moment).

Sometimes I get disconnected from my server (Lordaeron), and I can not connect for a few minutes. I check my connectivity immediately after I get disconnected and my internet works fine, but I am still not able to connect to a game server for a while and the server name in realm selection is displayed red.

Now usually what comes to my mind is that server fell down or w/e, but people tell me nothing happened, that it's just me? Can anyone enlighten me on why does that happen and how can I prevent this from happening in the future? Is it me, or server does crash few times a day on certain days?
