Cant see Ebon Knights location and NPCs after i changed my faction

Since i was chage my faction from Horde to Ally i cant see Ebon Knights Shadow Vault place in Icecrown and their NPCs (and qutermaster) that i able to see before. I'm also check NPC that start quest chain (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=12887/i...-fun-and-games) which makes it possible to buy things from quatermaster and i'm make sure i cant do it again.

I was also try to contact GM from ticket, but they cant help me as they say.

You might need to redo a part of the quest line that is faction based.
Try doin litterally all the icecrown quests all the way from the start

No, i'm 100% sure there is no way to do this quests again.
Also i find that some of Icecrown quest chains bugged for me too. http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13139/i...t-of-northrend , so i cant take this one, but i done all of previos quests here.

so should i send it to bugtracker?
